Regina C. Fiacco, DPM treats foot and ankle patients at Alaska Fracture & Orthopedic Clinic in Anchorage, with extensive training in malalignment and painful syndromes of the lower extremity. A graduate of the New York College of Podiatric Medicine who completed her chief residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at JFK Medical Center in Palm Beach, Florida, Dr. Fiacco is board certified by both the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and the American Board of Foot & Ankle Surgery. She treats heel pain, bunions, toe deformities, flatfoot, high arches, and traumatic injuries involving the tendons, ligaments, and bones of the foot and ankle, offering conservative treatment plans as well as up-to-date surgical techniques when needed. Dr. Fiacco currently serves as president of the Alaska Podiatric Medical Association and holds surgical privileges at Alaska Regional Hospital, Providence Hospital, and several area surgery centers. She became interested in foot and ankle surgery after years of playing soccer.
