Foot and Ankle Center, led by Dr. Dean Clement, DPM, has provided podiatric care to Casa Grande, Arizona for more than two decades. Board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, Dr. Clement gained experience treating combat-related trauma as a staff foot surgeon at Madigan Army Medical Center and has since developed a particular interest in geriatric patients, underserved populations, and difficult-to-heal wounds. The office diagnoses and treats a broad spectrum of conditions, including heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, toenail fungus, Achilles tendonitis, neuropathy, and neuromas, along with pediatric foot problems such as stress fractures. Treatment options include custom and off-the-shelf orthotics, ankle-foot orthotics, diabetic foot care with a dedicated diabetic shoe program, amniotic stem cell therapy, MLS laser therapy, and permanent ingrown nail correction. Same-day appointments are available, and the office accepts Medicare, AHCCCS, and most major insurance plans.
