Foothills Podiatry was established in April 2023 in Phoenix, Arizona by founder Eric Chen, DPM, an ABFAS board-certified surgeon who trained at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and completed a surgical residency with the Henry Ford Health system.
