Oxford Podiatry has served Chula Vista and San Diego County since 2020 under the leadership of Julia Souvorova, DPM, ABFAS, ABPM. A graduate of UC Berkeley and Western University of Health Sciences College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Souvorova trained in trauma and reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Scripps Mercy Hospital and completed her residency at Kaiser Sacramento's trauma center. Diabetic limb salvage is a particular focus of her practice, alongside treatment of complicated diabetic and venous leg ulcers and non-healing surgical wounds. The practice also addresses bunions, hammertoes, flat and high-arch feet, heel pain and plantar fasciitis, neuromas, neuropathy, arthritis, plantar warts, foot and ankle sprains and fractures, and Charcot foot deformity, along with routine diabetic foot exams, custom orthotics, and reconstructive surgery. Oxford Podiatry accommodates same-day appointments for urgent issues such as fractures and trauma, and the office notes its custom orthotics as among the more affordably priced in the San Diego area.
