About Neil Hecht, DPM

Neil H. Hecht, DPM has practiced podiatric medicine and surgery in the Los Angeles area since completing his residency at Memorial Hospital of Hawthorne in 1978, seeing patients in Encino, California. A native of Cleveland, Ohio, he completed his undergraduate studies at Case Western Reserve University and graduated from the California College of Podiatric Medicine in San Francisco as a member of the Pi Delta Honor Society. Dr. Hecht holds specialty board certification from both the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, since 1984, and the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics, since 1988. He is an active member of the American and California Podiatric Medical Associations and the Los Angeles County Podiatric Medical Society, and holds fellowships in the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, the American College of Foot Orthopedists, and the American Professional Wound Care Association.
