Los Gatos Foot and Ankle Center was created by Dr. Joan Oloff, FACFAS, who built the practice after an academic career at the California College of Podiatric Medicine and Stanford University to bring specialized care to the Los Gatos community. The center treats patients from infancy through advanced age for the full range of foot and ankle concerns, including bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, ankle instability, Achilles tendon injuries, ingrown toenails, fractures, and fungal nails, with particular attention to at-risk diabetic foot care. Dr. Oloff has introduced minimally invasive mini-bunion surgery using a micro-titanium implant designed for a faster return to activity, and the practice offers regenerative therapies such as MLS laser therapy, platelet-rich plasma injections, and amniotic membrane treatment alongside radial shockwave therapy. An avid tennis player herself, Dr. Oloff has a particular interest in treating athletes of all ages and levels, guiding them back to activity with evidence-based, personalized treatment plans.
