Oceanside Foot & Ankle Center, led by Dr. Jeff Brooks and Dr. Andrew To, provides podiatric care throughout Oceanside and the broader San Diego County area, including Carlsbad, Vista, San Marcos, and Encinitas. Dr. Brooks is a board-certified podiatric physician trained at the College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery in Des Moines with surgical residency training from Drexel University, while Dr. To completed his training at the California School of Podiatric Medicine and a residency at Kaiser Permanente in Santa Clara. The practice treats heel pain, plantar fasciitis, bunions, flat feet, hammertoes, Achilles tendinitis, ingrown toenails, neuromas, ankle sprains, arthritis, and fractures, and specializes in laser fungal nail treatment along with complex reconstructive foot surgery. Diabetic foot care, wound care, custom orthotics, and sports injury treatment round out its offerings. In-home visits and telehealth appointments are both available, and the office is also home to a certified emotional support dog who helps put anxious patients at ease.
