Sharon Y. Hosaka, D.P.M. has practiced podiatry in San Francisco's Financial District since the early 1980s, following her podiatric medical degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and surgical residency training at Kaiser Permanente Medical Center in Vallejo and California Podiatry Hospital. A native San Franciscan who came to podiatry through her own experience as a recreational runner, Dr. Hosaka maintains a general practice with a non-surgical emphasis, treating heel pain, corns, calluses, and ingrown toenails as some of the most common conditions she sees, along with plantar warts and fungal toenails treated with LunulaLaser therapy.
