David J. Kaplan, DPM has practiced podiatry for more than four decades and serves as chief podiatrist and owner of FootCare Specialists, Inc. in San Mateo, California. He treats acute injuries, common ailments, and complex conditions affecting the lower extremities, with advanced training in medical lasers, wound care, diabetic foot management, and minimally invasive surgery, including CoolTouch laser treatment.
