A 1984 graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine who completed his residency at the Veteran's Administration Medical Center in Seattle, Dr. Passeri is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and the American Board of Podiatric Orthopedics and Primary Podiatric Medicine, and is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
