Foot & Ankle Center of the Central Coast in Santa Maria is led by father-and-son podiatrists Peter C. Fillerup, DPM, and Casey B. Fillerup, DPM. Dr. Peter Fillerup, a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery, has practiced on the Central Coast for more than 25 years, handling corrective foot surgery, sports medicine injuries, diabetic foot care, and skin, nail, and gait issues in patients of all ages. Dr. Casey Fillerup, board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine, brings additional training in ankle and rearfoot reconstruction, complex wound management, and diabetic foot ulcer repair. The practice addresses bunions, heel pain and plantar fasciitis, ingrown toenails, toenail fungus, plantar warts, and fractures, offering laser treatment for nail fungus and scarring alongside custom orthotics. On-site X-ray and diagnostic ultrasound support same-visit evaluation, and the office is affiliated with area hospitals and surgery centers for procedures requiring a higher level of care.
