About Steven H. Silvers, DPM

Dr. Steven H. Silvers, DPM, has specialized in sports medicine and foot surgery for over 35 years in Santa Monica, California. Raised in West Los Angeles, he graduated from UCLA and received his medical degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Silvers is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery, a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and a Qualified Medical Examiner for the California Industrial Medical Council. He served as Physician Specialist for the Track and Field Medical Team at the 1984 Olympic Games and later for the World Games for the Deaf. Dr. Silvers was among the first foot surgeons in Southern California to perform Lapiplasty 3D bunion correction surgery, and among the first podiatrists in California to offer shockwave therapy and laser treatment for fungal nail infections.
