Dr. Michael Fanous is a double board-certified foot and ankle surgeon serving patients from offices in Victorville, Barstow, Rancho Cucamonga, and San Bernardino, California. Since beginning private practice in 1988, he has focused on endoscopic, minimally invasive procedures that allow many patients to return to walking the same day as surgery, while also handling more complex reconstructive and fracture cases. The practice treats bunions, hammertoes, plantar warts, neuromas, plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and nail problems including fungal and ingrown toenails, along with tendonitis, ankle sprains, and fractures. Diabetic patients receive attention to neuropathy, ulcers, and wound care aimed at limb preservation, and pediatric patients are seen for conditions ranging from warts to congenital deformities.
