Eastern CT Foot Specialists PC, led by Edward M. Tarka, DPM, FACFAS, has served the Norwich and North Windham areas of Connecticut with focused podiatric care since 1991. Dr. Tarka trained in surgery at St. Joseph's Hospital, an affiliate of Northwestern University Medical School, and is board certified by the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery, where he also holds fellow status.
