Advanced Foot & Ankle Center serves Newark and Middletown, Delaware through a team of five board-certified podiatrists: Dr. Raymond A. DiPretoro Jr., former Chief of Podiatric Surgical Service at Christiana Care Health System and residency director there; Dr. Nikki Migliori; Dr. Katherine A. Sydnor, recipient of the Earl G. Kaplan Award for clinical excellence; Dr. Victor M. Nippert Jr.; and Dr. Jason T. Kline, whose research includes studies on extracorporeal shockwave treatment for heel pain. The practice treats Achilles tendon problems, ankle instability and sprains, arthritic foot and ankle conditions, bunions, hammertoes, calluses, corns, congenital deformities, diabetic foot complications, flat feet, fungal toenails, foot and ankle trauma, infections, ingrown toenails, metatarsalgia, neuromas, plantar fasciitis, sports injuries, and warts. Services include custom orthotics, diabetic foot care, foot and ankle surgery, and wound care. Dr. DiPretoro has also chaired Diabetes in Delaware, a professional education seminar.
