Nail'n'Toe is a specialized nail and toenail fungus treatment program available through a network of participating podiatrists and physicians across South Florida, including the Miami-Dade area encompassing Aventura. Rather than relying on a single treatment method, the Nail'n'Toe protocol combines nail debridement, laser or other light-based devices, and topical medication across a course of in-office visits, paired with a take-home care kit that includes antifungal socks, a UV shoe sanitizer, and household decontamination guidance. The program was developed by a multidisciplinary group of podiatrists, dermatologists, and laser surgeons who found that single-method treatments for onychomycosis, or nail fungus, tend to fail and lead to reinfection. Patients begin with an evaluation by a participating physician, who prescribes an individualized therapy course followed by scheduled follow-up visits to track nail clearance. The comprehensive approach is positioned as an alternative to over-the-counter remedies and standalone laser treatments that often provide only temporary results.
