The Center for Morton's Neuroma, with locations in Framingham, Massachusetts and Boca Raton, Florida, is dedicated to treating Morton's neuroma and plantar fasciitis through non-surgical means whenever possible. Medical Director Janet D. Pearl, MD, MSc, is joined by board-certified podiatric surgeons Michelle Morse, DPM, and Emily Pepyne, DPM, who together offer a wide spectrum of ultrasound-guided procedures, including radiofrequency ablation, cryoablation, neurolytic ablation, corticosteroid injections, and platelet-rich plasma injections, along with 3-D scanned custom orthotics and physical therapy. The center describes itself as one of few in the country offering such a broad range of non-surgical treatment options for Morton's neuroma, reserving decompression or neurectomy surgery for cases where conservative care has not resolved symptoms.
