Dr. Francisco J. Oliva has practiced podiatric medicine and surgery in Coral Gables, Florida since earning his degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine in 1987. He holds the rank of Senior Attending in the Division of Podiatry at Mercy Hospital, where he previously served as Chief of Podiatric Surgery, and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. The practice treats bunions, ingrown toenails, heel pain, fungal toenails, hammertoes, and, in pediatric patients, sports injuries, fractures, Sever's disease, plantar warts, and flat feet. Dr. Oliva offers custom orthotics, diabetic foot and wound care, sports medicine, and surgical treatment, as well as CLARIX FLO injections using umbilical cord and amniotic tissue to support regenerative healing in cases of plantar fasciitis. The office sees patients in both English and Spanish and offers video-call appointments for added convenience.
