Pasco-Hernando Foot & Ankle, led by Dr. Lawrence J. Kales, has served the Hudson/Bayonet Point and Spring Hill, Florida communities since 1979, with a particular focus on the region's geriatric population. Dr. Kales is board certified in minimal incision foot and ankle surgery and lectures nationally on minimally invasive techniques, which the practice applies to bunion, hammertoe, tendon, neuroma, and flat foot correction, along with ankle joint replacement and fracture repair. Non-surgical care spans diabetic foot conditions, wound care and limb salvage, custom orthotics, a diabetic shoe program, and treatment for heel pain, plantar fasciitis, arthritis, gout, ingrown and fungal toenails, corns, calluses, and plantar warts. The office also provides geriatric and pediatric foot care, sports and dance medicine, and a fall risk assessment program, supported by in-house digital X-ray and fluoroscopy. Telemedicine visits are available for patients who cannot travel to the office, and the practice accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans.
