Michael J. Petrocelli, DPM, FACFAS, CWSP has practiced podiatry in Naples, Florida since relocating from Tampa in 2002, following training that included a residency in foot and ankle surgery with an emphasis on diabetic wound care and limb salvage. At Collier Podiatry, he treats wound care, ingrown toenails, hammertoes, bunions, heel pain, fractures, plantar fasciitis, and diabetic complications of the foot and ankle, offering both conservative and surgical treatment options. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, and he also serves as staff podiatrist at the Naples Community Hospital Wound Healing Center. Dr. Petrocelli maintains memberships with the Society for the Advancement of Wound Care and the American Diabetes Association, and he lectures on diabetic wound and ulcer care. The practice also offers deep tissue laser therapy for related conditions.
