About Brent Carter, DPM

Dr. Brent E. Carter, DPM, ABPM, FASPS is a board-certified podiatric physician and surgeon recognized for his patient-centered approach to foot and ankle care and his expertise in health optimization, regenerative medicine, and metabolic health. He earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine from Barry University School of Podiatric Medicine, then completed a three-year podiatric medicine and surgery residency at Larkin Community Hospital, training in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, comprehensive wound care, and management of complex lower extremity conditions. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and a Fellow of the American Society of Podiatric Surgeons. He practices with American Foot & Ankle Centers in Ocala, Florida, treating flat feet and neuropathy, and offering wound care, sports medicine, regenerative medicine, and limb salvage services, with weekend hours available.
