Center for Podiatric Excellence, led by Dr. Mark Isenberg, DPM, has served the Pensacola, Florida area for many years, with roots dating back to Dr. Isenberg's start in podiatric surgery in the Detroit area before relocating to Florida in 1984. Board certified in foot and ankle surgery, Dr. Isenberg treats diabetic foot conditions, sports-related injuries, bunions, and plantar fasciitis, drawing on surgical training from his internship years. Since 1997, the practice has also operated a mobile podiatry service, providing on-site care in nursing facilities and living centers and bringing in-home visits to patients from Tallahassee to Pensacola and the region's rural communities. A member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and the Florida Podiatric Medical Association, Dr. Isenberg has published articles in professional journals and lectured to community groups throughout Northwest Florida on foot health topics.
