About Alan A. MacGill, D.P.M.
Dr. Alan MacGill is a Florida native who grew up in Tampa and attended the University of Florida in Gainesville, earning his Bachelor of Science with honors while majoring in premedical studies and minoring in sociology. He attended the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine at Rosalind Franklin University in North Chicago, graduating in the top 10th percentile of his class, and matched with his first-choice residency at AdventHealth in Orlando, Florida. During his residency, Dr. MacGill was selected for the AO DPM Trauma Fellowship, which he completed in the Spring of 2009 with Sigvard Hansen, Jr., MD, at Harborview Medical Center in Seattle, Washington. Dr. MacGill, DPM, FACFAS, CWS, is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and practices at Spine & Orthopedic Center in Plantation, Florida.
