Brett Fried, DPM, is a board-certified podiatric surgeon with South Florida Foot & Ankle Centers, seeing patients at the practice's Belle Glade office as well as its other Palm Beach County locations. Raised in Staten Island and inspired to pursue medicine by his grandfather's experience with diabetes, Dr. Fried trained at four major New York City hospitals and later completed a reconstructive residency in Georgia, and he assisted first responders during the September 11 response in New York. He is a Diplomate of the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Fried and the South Florida Foot & Ankle Centers team treat arthritis, bunions, flat feet, gout, neuropathy, plantar fasciitis, toenail fungus, and warts, offering advanced wound care therapy, diabetic foot care, laser treatment for toenail fungus, and regenerative medicine. He is affiliated with JFK Medical Center and Wellington Regional Medical Center.
