Dr. Russell W. A native Floridian, Dr. Rowan earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree from the California College of Podiatric Medicine and a master's degree in exercise physiology from Florida State University, later completing his podiatric surgical residency in Orlando, where he served as Chief Podiatric Resident. He is board certified in podiatric surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and is a Fellow of both the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine. The practice offers office, inpatient, and outpatient surgical services, fracture care, orthotics, diabetic foot care, wound management, and treatment for sports-related injuries, with Dr. Rowan working alongside several other board-certified podiatric surgeons.
