Anclote Podiatry, Inc. is led by Dr. Christopher Roever, D.P.M., F.A.C.P.M., from its office in Tarpon Springs, Florida. A Tarpon Springs native, Dr. Roever earned his degree from the New York College of Podiatric Medicine and completed his residency at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn before returning home to practice. The office treats fractures, heel and ankle pain, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, fungal nail infections, bunions, congenital deformities, plantar fasciitis, and warts, and provides diabetic foot care, wound care, and pediatric sports injury treatment. Services include custom-made orthotics and braces, circulation and electrodiagnostic nerve testing, diagnostic ultrasound, EPAT shockwave treatment, and an in-office digital X-ray machine for same-visit imaging. A diode laser is used to treat fungal nail infections and chronically ingrown toenails without drugs or recovery downtime. Dr. Roever holds hospital and surgery center privileges at several Tampa Bay-area facilities and accepts Medicare, Medicaid, and most major insurance plans.
