Dr. Chanelle C. Duchaussee founded Foot & Flow in Augusta, Georgia to bring podiatry, vascular diagnostics, and wound management together under one roof. Trained at Temple University with advanced surgical experience as chief resident in Philadelphia, Dr. Duchaussee treats ingrown toenails, plantar fasciitis and heel pain, bunions, hammertoes, foot deformities, fungal nails, warts, and calluses through both conservative and surgical approaches. The practice places particular emphasis on wound care and limb salvage for diabetic foot ulcers and other complex wounds, supported by on-site vascular testing such as ABI and Doppler ultrasound to catch circulation problems early. On-site digital X-ray imaging allows same-visit diagnosis of fractures and joint issues, and select weekend appointments extend access beyond the standard workweek.
