About Dr. Zachary Farley

Dr. Zachary Farley is a foot and ankle surgeon with Foot & Ankle Specialists of Northeast Georgia in the Buford area, whose goal is to improve his patients' quality of life through compassionate care and close attention to detail. He earned his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of North Florida in 2010, then went on to receive his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University in 2014. Dr. Farley completed a three-year surgical residency in trauma and reconstructive surgery of the foot and ankle at Advent Health, formerly Florida Hospital, in Orlando, where he served as chief resident. He is board certified and a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, treating bunions, flat feet, fractures, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, and plantar fasciitis using minimally invasive surgery and regenerative medicine.
