Aloha Foot Centers, led by Dr. Sandra Au and Dr. Ken Tsubata, serves Kailua and Honolulu, Hawaii from two office locations. Both physicians are board certified by the American Board of Podiatric Medicine and in wound care, and each completed surgical residencies before returning to practice in their home communities on Oahu. The practice treats heel pain and plantar fasciitis, arthritis and gout, bunions and hammertoes, ingrown and fungal nails, calluses and warts, foot and ankle fractures, flat feet, diabetic neuropathy, and foot ulcers, along with athlete's foot, ankle sprains, and tendonitis affecting the Achilles and posterior tibial tendons. Services include digital X-rays and gait analysis at the Kailua office, custom shoe inserts and ankle-foot orthoses, diabetic shoes, and wound care for diabetic ulcers. Telemedicine visits are available and covered by many insurance plans for foot and ankle concerns, and the practice accepts Medicare and Medicaid.
