Raymond K. Tsukuda, DPM, is a podiatric surgeon with Southern California Permanente Medical Group, seeing patients at the Podiatry Department of Kaiser Permanente's Irwindale Medical Offices and holding admitting privileges at Baldwin Park Medical Center. A graduate of the California College of Podiatric Medicine who completed his surgical residency at Encino-Tarzana Regional Medical Center, Dr. Tsukuda has been with Kaiser Permanente since 2001 and holds certifications in foot surgery and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery from the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery. His practice covers a wide scope of podiatric medical and surgical treatment, from flat feet in young children to the needs of high-level athletes and elderly patients, guided by what he describes as a patient-first philosophy. Telehealth visits are available in addition to in-person appointments at his Irwindale office.
