About Valor Health

Valor Health is a community hospital and health system serving Gem County from Emmett, Idaho, offering foot and ankle care alongside services such as family medicine, emergency medicine, orthopedics and sports medicine, wound care, and surgical services. Foot and ankle care at Valor Health is provided by Dr. Trever J. Martin, DPM, a graduate of Brigham Young University-Idaho and Temple University School of Podiatric Medicine who trained in foot and ankle surgery and wound care at North Colorado Medical Center. Dr. Martin specializes in foot and ankle surgery, general foot and ankle care, sports medicine, pediatric foot and ankle conditions, diabetic foot care, and wound care, and he has completed medical mission trips to Mexico providing pediatric care. He is a member of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and the American Podiatric Medical Association, and he is fluent in both Spanish and Portuguese, allowing him to serve a broader range of patients in the Emmett community.
