North Canyon Foot and Ankle is the podiatry service line of North Canyon Medical Center, serving communities across the Gooding, Buhl, Hailey, Jerome, and Twin Falls areas of south-central Idaho. The team evaluates and treats ankle weakness and instability, sprained ankles, foot deformities, bunions and hammertoes, arthritis of the feet and ankles, tendonitis and tendon tears, ingrown toenails, bone spurs, flat feet, fractures, neuromas, and Achilles tendon problems, along with diabetic foot infections and wound care. Care ranges from simple in-office treatments to complex surgical interventions, and when surgery is necessary, patients are treated by a board-certified podiatric surgeon. The practice also evaluates patients for custom orthotics to support conditions such as plantar fasciitis, flat feet, and diabetic foot issues, and it addresses sports-related injuries affecting the foot and ankle. Patients with persistent pain, difficulty walking, visible deformity, signs of infection, numbness, or non-healing wounds are encouraged to schedule an evaluation with the team.
