About Dr. Sloan Metz

Sloan Metz, D.P.M. provides podiatric care through Access Community Health Network at its ACCESS Centro Médico location on Chicago's West Side. A graduate of the Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine who completed her surgical residency at Columbus-Cabrini Medical Center, Dr. Metz is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a member of both the American and Illinois Podiatric Medical Associations. She is fluent in Spanish and enjoys lecturing on foot and ankle care for patients of all ages. As part of the ACCESS network, a federally qualified community health system with dozens of locations across Chicago, Cook, and DuPage counties, patients can schedule either in-person or telehealth visits, extending access to podiatric services for underserved communities. The network's broader mission centers on providing comprehensive, affordable health care regardless of a patient's ability to pay, with podiatry offered alongside primary care and other specialty services.
