Drs. Valdes & Kulekowskis Podiatry has served Chicago's Humboldt Park Health community for years, now led by Dr. AnnMarie Kulekowskis, DPM, following the retirement of founding partner Dr. Angeles Valdes. Board certified by the American College of Lower Extremity Surgeons with training in forefoot and reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, Dr. Kulekowskis and her team address the full range of foot and ankle disorders, including heel and arch pain, toenail problems, painful calluses, ankle sprains, and ingrown nails. The practice offers custom-made orthotics, wound therapy, and specialty footwear, along with in-office digital X-rays that provide same-day results for suspected fractures. Beyond routine visits, the office provides surgical correction of foot deformities, biomechanical analysis, and diabetic foot care and prevention, treating conditions ranging from bunions, hammertoes, and neuromas to arthritis, gout, tendonitis, and fungal infections.
