Dr. Kyle S. Peterson, DPM, FACFAS, has been a member of Suburban Orthopaedics in Chicago since 2014 and is a Board-Certified, Fellowship-Trained Foot and Ankle Surgeon. He specializes in comprehensive care of the foot and ankle, including sports-related injuries, trauma and fractures, arthroscopic ankle surgery, Achilles injuries, total ankle replacement, bunions, hammertoes, heel pain, diabetes-related complications, flatfeet, wound care, and pediatric care. Throughout his training, Dr. Peterson has been active in research, with numerous publications in peer-reviewed journals, authored foot and ankle textbook chapters, and research awards at both state and national levels. He earned his medical degree at Des Moines University College of Podiatric Medicine and Surgery, completed his residency in Foot and Ankle Surgery at The Western Pennsylvania Hospital, and his fellowship at Orthopedic Foot & Ankle Center in Ohio.
