Dr. Joseph R. Setter was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin, and practices with Midstate Podiatry in the Gibson City, Illinois area. He graduated from St. Bonaventure High School in Sturtevant, Wisconsin, then earned his Bachelor of Science in Life Science from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside in Kenosha. Dr. Setter went on to earn his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from the Wm. M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, followed by a post-graduate preceptorship at Midstate Podiatry Associates in Bloomington, Illinois. He is a member of the American Podiatric Medicine Association and the Illinois Podiatric Medical Association, and is licensed as a Doctor of Podiatric Medicine in both Illinois and Wisconsin. His practice treats plantar fasciitis, bunions, hammertoes, ingrown toenails, toenail fungus, plantar warts, neuropathy, and foot deformities.
