AW Podiatry is the private practice of Dr. Andrzej Wojewoda, a board-certified podiatric surgeon with more than 30 years of experience serving the Chicago area from offices in Niles and near Midway Airport in Chicago. Dr. Wojewoda treats a wide spectrum of foot and ankle conditions, including bunions, hammertoes, plantar fasciitis, Achilles tendonitis, Morton's neuroma, arthritis, and nail fungus, using both conservative and surgical methods such as bunionectomy, joint fusion, tendon repair, and neuroma surgery. The practice also provides diabetic foot care, a diabetic shoe program, custom orthotics, laser therapy, and on-site diagnostics including X-rays, ultrasound, and neurological testing. Dr. Wojewoda began his medical career in his native Poland before completing his podiatric training at the Dr. William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine and a residency at Rush University Medical Center; AW Podiatry has operated in its current form since 2003 and serves a multilingual patient community, including Polish-speaking patients.
