Advanced Ankle & Foot Surgeons, LLC has served the metro-east Illinois region since Dr. James Taylor opened the practice in 2009, building on the earlier Affiliated Ankle & Foot Surgeons office he joined in 1998. Dr. Taylor and Dr. Bryan Guignon, both board-certified foot and ankle surgeons, are joined by nurse practitioners Kendra Green, Ashley McIntyre, and C. Elias Czech across the practice's O'Fallon/Swansea and New Baden, Illinois offices. The team treats heel pain, foot pain, plantar warts, ingrown toenails, nail fungus, and bunions, and performs foot and ankle surgery spanning forefoot, rearfoot, ankle, and reconstructive procedures.
