Dr. Brian Hunziker is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a native of Iowa. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Iowa and his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Des Moines University, then completed a three-year surgical residency focused on reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa, serving as chief resident in his final year. He practiced in St. Joseph, Missouri for two years and South Des Moines for a year before founding Fusion Foot and Ankle, with clinics in Waukee and Des Moines, Iowa. He is a member of the Iowa Board of Podiatry, the Iowa Podiatric Medical Society, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, treating bunions, hammertoes, and plantar fasciitis and heel pain.
