About Fusion Foot and Ankle - Dr. Brian Hunziker, DPM

Dr. Brian Hunziker is a board-certified foot and ankle surgeon through the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and founder of Fusion Foot and Ankle, a native of Iowa with clinics in Waukee and Des Moines. He attended the University of Iowa for his undergraduate degree, then attended medical school at Des Moines University, obtaining his doctorate degree in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery. Dr. Hunziker completed a three-year surgical residency in reconstructive foot and ankle surgery at Trinity Regional Medical Center in Fort Dodge, Iowa, serving as chief resident. After residency, he practiced in St. Joseph, Missouri and South Des Moines before starting Fusion Foot and Ankle, and is a member of the Iowa Board of Podiatry, the Iowa Podiatric Medical Society, and the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons.
