About Dr. David Allen

Dr. David Allen is a lifelong Ponchatoula native and alumnus of Ponchatoula High School and Southeastern Louisiana University. He worked for the Louisiana Agriculture and Forestry Service for a few years before ultimately deciding to attend and successfully graduate from Ohio College of Podiatric Medicine in Cleveland, Ohio, and after completing his residency training in the Seattle and Tacoma, Washington area, he returned home to Louisiana to open Southern Podiatry Clinic. Dr. Allen now operates two private practices, one in Franklinton, Louisiana and the other in his hometown of Ponchatoula, treating patients of all ages throughout both surrounding Louisiana communities.
