Foot Center of Bel Air has served the Harford County community since 1991, when Drs. Phillip Cohen and Nancy Norton opened the practice; Dr. Norton has since retired, and Dr. Cohen continues to see patients of all ages. Board certified in foot surgery by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery and a past president of the Maryland Board of Podiatric Medical Examiners, Dr. Cohen treats heel and arch pain, ankle sprains and strains, bunions, hammertoes, neuromas, corns and calluses, arthritis, ingrown toenails, and nerve disorders affecting the feet. The practice offers preventative foot care for patients with diabetes, vascular compromise, or anticoagulation therapy, along with prescription custom orthotics and a diabetic shoe program. Wound care is also available for foot injuries that require ongoing management. The practice accepts most insurance plans for covered services, and welcomes children when accompanied by a parent or guardian.
