Soffer Foot and Ankle Care is a family-run practice serving Southern Maryland from its Prince Frederick office, led by Dr. Eric Soffer, who graduated top of his class from Midwestern University School of Podiatric Medicine. His training included a surgical residency at the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System, where he treated diabetic foot conditions, limb salvage, wound care, and nail conditions, followed by several years at Olive View UCLA Medical Center and Kaiser Permanente Woodland Hills developing expertise in minimally invasive surgical techniques, corrective and reconstructive surgery, trauma, pediatric foot conditions, and skin disorders of the foot. Dr. Soffer also consulted at the University of Maryland Charles Regional Center for Wound Healing, focusing on diabetic wound treatment and healing. He now sees patients at Calvert Memorial Hospital as well as his Prince Frederick office, addressing foot and ankle pain, injuries, bunions, wounds, and nail problems for patients of all ages.
