Dr. Charles F. Wilson has practiced podiatry in central Maryland for more than 35 years, currently based in Silver Spring. A graduate of the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine who later earned a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from Thomas Jefferson University, he specializes in general podiatric medicine and sports medicine, integrating physical therapy principles into his podiatric care. In addition to seeing patients in his office, Dr. Wilson travels to group homes, rehabilitation centers, assisted living communities, and long-term nursing facilities throughout central Maryland to provide podiatric services on site. He has lectured nationally on the intersection of podiatry, physical therapy, and general wellness. The practice offers free parking for office visits and works with a wide range of insurance plans. Dr. Wilson brings an integrated mindset to patient care, tailoring treatment to each individual's needs and lifestyle.
