Coastal Foot and Ankle provides medical and surgical care of the foot and ankle from two locations, Middletown, Rhode Island and Fall River, Massachusetts. Dr. Jonathan G. Sabourin, DPM, FACFAS, has surgical expertise in ankle arthroscopy and Brostrom ligament repair procedures, with a particular focus on lower-extremity sports injury trauma developed over nearly two decades of teaching residents and physicians. He is joined by Dr. Alexander Trottier, DPM, who trained in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle surgery and completed his residency at Kent Hospital in Rhode Island. Both physicians are affiliated with Southcoast Health and Brown University Health, with hospital privileges at Charlton Memorial, The Miriam Hospital, and Roger Williams Hospital.
