About Dr. Leroy Kelley

LeRoy J. Kelley, III, DPM, FACFAS practices with Norwood Podiatry Associates, seeing patients at the Cape Ann Foot & Ankle office in Gloucester, Massachusetts. Dr. Kelley's specializations include foot and ankle surgery, biomechanics and custom orthotics, children's foot and ankle care, diabetic foot and ankle care, and wound care management. He earned his Doctorate of Podiatric Medicine from Temple University College of Podiatric Medicine and completed surgical residency training in foot and ankle surgery in California. Dr. Kelley has held active surgical privileges at Deaconess Glover Memorial Hospital and Steward Medical Group, and has twice served as Chairman of the Massachusetts Board of Registration in Podiatry. He is a fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons and a longtime member of professional podiatric organizations, having also contributed to international relief work treating lower extremity deformities in Mexico earlier in his career.
