About Ali M. Chami, DPM

Dr. Ali Chami was born and raised in Metro Detroit and practices podiatry in Canton Township, Michigan. He earned his Doctor of Podiatric Medicine from Kent State University, where he was a member of Pi Delta, the National Podiatric Honor Society. He completed his residency training in podiatric medicine and surgery at the Detroit Medical Center, with added credentials in reconstructive rearfoot and ankle surgery, and received training in foot and ankle trauma, infections, limb salvage, and diabetic wound care. He performs arthroscopic ankle procedures, Achilles tendon repairs, and open reduction internal fixation of foot and ankle fractures, treating Achilles problems, fractures, bunions, hammertoes, tendonitis, and plantar fasciitis, with weekend hours available.
