Evolve Foot and Ankle, led by Dr. Ali Chami, DPM, AACFAS, serves the Canton, Michigan area with care for skin and nail conditions, wound care, foot and ankle pain, sports injuries, and foot and ankle surgery. A Metro Detroit native, Dr. Chami trained at Kent State University's podiatric medicine program, graduating in the top ten of his class, before completing a three-year residency in podiatric medicine and surgery with reconstructive rearfoot and ankle training at the Detroit Medical Center. He treats foot and ankle trauma, sports injuries, adult and pediatric deformities, arthritic joints, and diabetic foot infections, and has a particular interest in arthroscopic ankle procedures, Achilles tendon repairs, fracture fixation, ligament repairs, bunion and hammertoe correction, and radiofrequency treatment for tendinitis and plantar fasciitis. The practice also provides diabetic shoes and limb salvage care. Staff are fluent in English and Arabic, and the office keeps weekend hours for added flexibility.
