Petoskey Family Foot Care, serving patients in Petoskey and Cheboygan, Michigan, is led by Anthony R. Alessi, DPM, FACPM, who is board certified in podiatric medicine and a Fellow of the American College of Podiatric Medicine. A graduate of Kent State University College of Podiatric Medicine, Dr. Alessi treats the whole family for common foot and ankle concerns, including bunions, heel pain often associated with plantar fasciitis or heel spurs, ingrown toenails, corns and calluses, hammertoes, Morton's neuroma, and plantar warts. Custom prescription orthotics are available to correct abnormal foot and lower extremity function for patients whose pain stems from biomechanical issues. Dr. Alessi is a member of the American Academy of Podiatric Sports Medicine, the American Podiatric Medical Association, and the Michigan Podiatric Medical Association, and maintains offices in both Petoskey and Cheboygan to serve patients throughout Northern Michigan.
