Brian Homer, DPM, FACFAS is a Board Certified Foot and Ankle Specialist at The Footcare Specialists, seeing patients at the practice's Clawson, Michigan office as well as Allen Park. Having lived in Oakland County his entire life, he studied at Wayne State University before being accepted with advanced placement status to the William M. Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, where he earned his Doctorate in Podiatric Medicine. Dr. Homer then relocated to Boston, Massachusetts, for his advanced Podiatric Surgical Residency training at one of Harvard Medical School's primary teaching institutions, where he was appointed Chief Resident in his senior year and nominated for Clinical Fellow in Surgery at Harvard Medical School upon graduation. He completes more than 50 hours of continuing medical education each year and is board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
